- Is my purchase secure?
CSRAshopper uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all credit card and billing information. Your computer must be SSL-enabled to ensure secure transfer of your credit card information. If you are having trouble with your browser, you can contact us online for assistance.

- Why shop at CSRAshopper?
Every gift certificate for sale through CSRAshopper is discounted 25% or more. Here you will find gift certificates for goods and services from many of your favorite local businesses. Our inventory changes frequently, so be sure to take advantage of your favorite merchant's special deals when you see them!
- How do I purchase an electronic gift certificate?
Electronic gift certificates are indicated by an envelope with a lightning bolt:
When you see this icon, it means the gift certificate is available online immediately after completing your purchase. Delivery in an instant! The purchase process is exactly the same as if you selected to purchase a paper gift certificate. When you find a gift certificate that you would like to purchase, simply click "add to cart" and it will be placed in your shopping cart. If at any time you wish to remove your selection, you may do so by clicking on "remove" next to the selection.
Your selections are always visible in your shopping cart as you continue to browse through the various goods and service offers. Simply click on "Shopping Cart" in the upper, right-hand corner. Once you've completed your purchase, within minutes you'll receive an email confirmation that contains the link to the gift certificate(s) that you purchased.
- How do I purchase a paper gift certificate?
Paper gift certificates are delivered via USPS at no charge to you! Shipping & handling is always FREE at CSRAshopper.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- What is CVV?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/Mastercard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number. For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.
- Can I order by telephone?
We currently only accept orders placed online.
- What gift certificate amounts are available?
Gift certificates vary by merchant, but minimum amounts may start as low as $5.00.
- I'm sending a gift certificate as a gift. What gift options do you offer?
We currently do not offer a gift-wrap service, but are working on adding such features in the near future.
- Can I send an electronic gift certificate to someone other than myself?
You can only send an electronic gift certificate to the email address that you enter during checkout. Please note that your electronic gift certificate will only be sent to this email address. Multiple delivery email addresses cannot be entered.
- How long does the process take?
Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact Customer Support at 800-541-5197 or contact us online.
- Can I order a gift certificate that is no longer shown on the website?
Your local businesses enjoy offering CSRAshopper members a variety of great offers. This means inventory changes frequently, so if you see an offer, don't delay. Similar offers may not be replenished. Once a product is gone, it's sold out.
- How do I use a gift certificate?
To Redeem:
All product-guarantees and warranties are the responsibility of the business whose certificate you purchased. Neither CSRAshopper nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates. There is no cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
Expiration Dates:
CSRAshopper gift certificates may be valid for up to one year from their date, unless (a) otherwise indicated on the certificate itself; or (b) where otherwise prohibited by law.
- How do I use a coupon code?
On occasion, CSRAshopper will offer members promotional online coupons, a form of payment you can use toward online orders.
To redeem a promotional code, simply enter it during the checkout process.
Shipping
- Delivery Options
CSRAshopper electronic gift certificates are made available minutes after purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation with details on where to access your gift certificate shortly after your purchase confirmation.
CSRAshopper gift paper certificates can only be shipped within the United States, and not to US territories or protectorates. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate APO and FPO military addresses at this time. All gift certificates will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS).
- Delivery Estimates
For paper gift certificates, our shipping business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm (ET). Any order received after 4:00pm (ET) will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
- Checking Delivery Status
For electronic gift certificates, your order confirmation email will arrive within minutes of your purchase confirmation.
For paper gift certificates, your order tracking number will be included in the "click-n-ship" email notification that is sent from USPS. You will receive this email the day that your paper gift certificate order is shipped.
- Missing / Damaged Gift Certificate

- Returns Policy
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact customer service.
Returns must be authorized by CSRAshopper within 90 days of the invoice date. The purchaser (customer) is responsible for all postage costs and arranging return of gift certificates. When returning a certificate, we strongly recommend using a form of traceable delivery. CSRAshopper is not responsible for lost certificates.
Gift Certificates must be in good condition with their valid serial number intact and legible. Partially-redeemed gift certificates may not be returned for any refund.
- Refunds
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Notification will be sent as soon as your return has been processed.
- Exchanges
Once your return to CSRAshopper has been received, you will receive an email from us once we have cancelled the original gift certificate and issued a new one to you.
