I started this company primarily because I saw a need for homeowners, realtors and builders to expedite the selling process.

My family and friends are constantly telling me that I have a knack for taking things that are already available and using them in all types of exciting new arrangements. I wanted to use this gift to help others too.

I work on a limited budget so getting creative just seemed like the natural thing to do. Time and time again I have seen people trying to sell their homes unsuccessfully or slower than they'd like. I started sharing my opinions with my family whose background is in Real Estate, Developing and Banking. I have heard all the comments and reasons as to why things sell or don't sell.

I immediately noticed a need for consultation. With so many people trying to sell thier homes without guidance or direction on how enhance the existing appeal, I figured it be nice if someone were available to come in and offer experienced suggestions on what to do to get those homes ready for he market.

We tend to not see things in our own home. The benefit of an outside perspective is crucial to selling your home in a timely manner. I am always asking family and friends about my home. It is easier for them to see what works and what doesn't work than me. So, as they say - the rest is history.

My family, friends and clients are constantly telling me that I show such enthusiasm and are far too excited about doing and rearranging things. I go out and find all types of things and keep in mind the different settings where they could fit in.

What is Home Staging?

The first part of the Home Staging process is a walk-through consultation. As an Interior Redesigner and Home Stager, I converse with the seller, builder, and/or Realtor to stage the home in order to make the home more appealing to the buyer. With a few changes you can often maximize what you get for the home, and staged homes often sell faster.

I can also work with the seller/developer to help them rent furniture to help fill in where needed to properly market the property. With your hectic schedule why not leave this up to me. Besides, you have better things to do with your time.

I personally think of STAGING as a marketing tool.

It puts a home in the best possible showcase condition for selling.

You choose the options:

Option A, Walk-Through - This is a walk up to and through the house consultation giving you a list of things needed to put the house in the best showcase condition to get it sold. I think this is the most important option as it gives you a starting point with emphasis on priorities.

Option B, Partial Home Staging - the rearranging of furniture and accessories to maximize buyer potential. I may need to shop for accessories and finishing touches to help complete the transition (see fee schedule for in depth services/fees). I like to try and repurpose items in your home if I can.

Think about how much you can do and what you can afford to do and your time constraints. I can do it all, some or just a consultation telling you what needs to happen. I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

Moving is universally regarded as a pain.

My move-in service is for the client moving into a home needing help with furniture placement as the goods come off the truck after the movers leave or while you are unloading.

You may want help with this overwhelming and time consuming process. You may need to return to work, have a long commute somewhere or need to take care of things while you are in another part of the country.

Interior Redesigns by Design Dilemmas, LLC is all about the transformation of a space by doing things such as rearranging furniture, accessories, art, rugs, etc. It is a great way to achieve a new look in a short period of time. This can be done to one room, a whole house, or an entryway, porch, or patio.

Most Redesigns take one day. This can also be done several different ways. We can do this together or you can leave for work, shopping, errands, etc. and I'll freshen the space(s) up with redesign.

This is harder for you because you see the space everyday. Call and I'll redesign your space - one less thing for you to worry about! Come home and love the space you're in!

Maybe you are having a party and need an inexpensive way to give a fresh, bright look to the entire house. With a few touches here and there you'll be ready to entertain!

Lets get together and decide what look you'd like to have and find the most affordable way to get it. I have a workroom I use that makes, measures and/or hangs your custom design. You choose how simple or elaborate the job will be. I also have a workroom that offers affordable monogramming.

With the hectic lifestyles that so many of us lead today it is sometimes hard to shop for your home or business. I can either shop with or for you. There are many places that give me a designer discount in and out of town. I will be glad to pass this along to clients or builders and I provide estimates up front.

Maybe you are remodeling and cannot take a day off to meet a contractor. If you'd like, I can gather multiple estimates and bring them to you. From there you can decide on who you want to meet with and possibly hire to get the job completed. Some of my clients would like for me to be there to help them convey their needs to the contractor. I can also make arrangements to be present for the installation while you work.

Do you need to upgrade some items and do not have time to find the best deal? Do you need someone to find the furniture or goods? Let me shop for you. I am always looking around at many different things so I usually know where the bargains are. I have connections with an antique dealer who goes to auctions and and can keep an eye open for that special piece you are looking for at a bargain price!

When building your new home, there are many things you may not have thought of which could be very helpful in your day-to-day living. Sometimes when designing a new home, people forget to plan a use for wasted spaces, appropriate lighting, enough closets, storage, etc. If you have been trying to find a home plan I could lead you in the right direction. I often hear people saying "I wish I would have thought about that" when consulting with me after completion of their home.

I personally have built my own home and realize how time consuming this process can be (even with a talented builder like I had) and for that reason I would like to help you. Building projects can be intense with all the choices to be made, yet very rewarding.

I can also simply be a liason if you'd like. Sometimes all you need is someone who understands and is on the same page as you are.

You need to start slowly and be on the right track from the very beginning to ensure a good experience you'll appreciate for years to come. There can always be a happy ending with proper planning and consultation.
