CSRAshopper Frequently Asked Questions


How do I become a member?
If you are not currently a member of CSRAshopper you will see a 'Join Now' link at the top of each page. Click on that link and you'll be taken to the 'Join Now' page for CSRAshopper.

Once you have filled out the information click, the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email at the address you provided with a "Confirmation link" in it.

Click on the "Confirmation link" in the email. Your membership will not activate until you have clicked on the link included in the Member Confirmation email. (This ensures that you are the one who filled out the form and wish to join CSRAshopper.)
I didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
Your Internet service provider or email program may have a strong spam filter in place. Check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not received the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your information.

If the confirmation email is not in your spam or junk mail folders, please contact our Customer Service Department.

We recommend you add our email address to your email address book to be sure you receive ongoing correspondence from CSRAshopper.
How do I make a purchase?
You need to be a member of the site to complete a transaction and gain access to any gift certificates you purchase. Please see the directions on how to become a member before placing an order on the site.

You can find gift certificates in a few different places on the site.
  • Local businesses that are currently offering gift certificates are listed on the shopping pages of CSRAshopper.
  • You can also make a purchase directly from an local businesses' page. Not all businesses listed will have gift certificates available, but if they do, they will be listed both under the "Gift Certificates" tab and in the information panel to the left.
We recommend you look over the terms and conditions of each gift certificate before making your purchase.

The Checkout Process
  1. Billing Address and contact information
    We need this information to process your order. All required fields are noted in red.
  2. Order Confirmation
    This is the page to check to make sure you have the items you want, in the quantities you want.
    Terms and Conditions: There is a box on the page that must be checked off to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of the transaction. You must check this box to proceed with the order.
    If you have a Coupon Code you can enter it. Else you may leave this field blank.
  3. Payment information
    Fill in your credit card information (We accept all major credit cards). You may also change your billing address here if you need to.
  4. Thank You Page with link to Download your gift Certificate(s)
    The final page of the Checkout process thanks you for your order and includes a link that allows you to print or download your newly purchased Gift Certificate(s). We recommend that you print or save a copy of this page for your records.
How do I access my Gift Certificates after I have purchased them?
  • The Thank You Page of the Checkout process contains a link to download/print your gift certificate(s).
  • The Order Confirmation email you receive after placing your order will have a link to download/print your gift certificate(s).
  • Your personal page -"My Page"- was created when you joined CSRAshopper. It contains an "Order History" link in the "Account Settings" section at the bottom of the page. Your previous orders will all be listed there.
